Lena Epstein

Lena Epstein is a millennial who has spent the last decade as a savvy automotive-industry businesswoman, community leader and nationally recognized conservative. She is a third-generation co-owner of Southfield, Michigan-based Vesco Oil Corporation, one of the largest distributors of automotive and industrial lubricants and supporting services in the country.  A certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), the company has more than 200 employees and annual revenue exceeding $175 million.

Epstein has established herself as a sought-after mentor and motivational speaker providing inspirational perspective for others on seizing career opportunities while maintaining a balanced life. She provides a fresh perspective and common sense approach to succeeding in business and beyond.

Epstein earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Cum Laude) from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is a passionate, active community leader with a long list of involvement in both local, state and national organizations supporting a variety of professional, social and civic endeavors and initiatives.

She was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder to the Michigan Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board in 2012 and serves on numerous boards, including the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Detroit Historical Society and the Community Foundation of Southeast Michigan.

In addition, Epstein is a recognized participant in both state and national politics, having co-chaired the Donald Trump Michigan Presidential Campaign in 2016.  Her post-election cry for unity has made her a popular speaker among Democrats and Republicans alike.
